Class Information

2–3 Years | Drama (Parent supervision required)
Our youngest performers begin their theatrical journey by discovering the magic of imagination, storytelling, music, and movement. Through songs, games, and plenty of repetition, children develop confidence, communication skills, and creativity in a fun, nurturing environment. Each term, the class works towards performing a seasonal poem, introducing the foundations of performance in a gentle and enjoyable way.

3–4 Years | Drama (Parent supervision optional)
As confidence grows, so does imagination. Through movement, music, storytelling, and improvisation games, the children learn to create characters, explore emotions, and bring stories to life using their voices and bodies. These classes encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, with a short performance for parents at the end of each full term for an opportunity to perform infront of an audience.

5–6 Years | Drama & Musical Theatre
Children begin developing core performance skills by introducing scripted text, line learning, and memory techniques. Through improvisation, students learn to build engaging characters, perform short scenes, and develop confidence in solo and group performances. Creativity, stage presence, and storytelling become the focus as they continue to grow as young performers. Students will have ownership over text, and have the opportunity to take part in the drama festival and exams.

7–9 Years | Drama & Musical Theatre
Students deepen their acting and performance skills by exploring character development, script work, improvisation, and stagecraft. They learn how to communicate emotion, build believable relationships on stage, and perform with greater confidence and expression. Musical theatre elements, including song, movement, and ensemble performance, are incorporated throughout the year.

10–15 Years | Drama & Musical Theatre
Designed for aspiring performers, these classes focus on developing strong acting techniques, vocal performance, stage movement, and professional rehearsal skills. Students explore more challenging scripts, create complex characters, and refine their confidence in both solo and ensemble work. Classes encourage creativity, discipline, and collaboration while preparing students for performances, examinations, auditions, and future opportunities in the performing arts.

Performance & Examination Opportunities
Students aged 5 and above have the opportunity to participate in a range of exciting performance and examination events throughout the year, including:

North London Speech & Drama Festival – High Barnet (November – dates to be confirmed)
Trinity College London Speech & Drama Examinations – The Tower Theatre (June)

These events provide valuable performance experience, help build confidence, celebrate each student's progress, and offer nationally recognised qualifications for those choosing to take examinations.
